To facilitate the graduating class to bring family and guests back on campus for photo-taking, the University will make special arrangements on campus access for the Saturdays and Sundays between November 14 and December 6, 2020.  Graduates of the Class of 2020 may pre-register all guests for graduation photo-taking.  In light of the Government's anti-epidemic measures to impose a 4-person limit* on public gatherings, this pre-registration will accept up to 3 visitors* per graduate for each session.  Each graduate may register for a maximum of two sessions over the four weekends.

To register your guests, please complete this registration form by 11:59pm of the day preceding the visit.  Please note that no late registration/ walk-in requests will be entertained.
